The Party Plan
Do it yourself, calmly. Anywhere in the UK.
- A 45-minute video call
- A plan pack: the timeline for the day, up to 6 local suppliers with prices you can check, a shopping list with quantities and a styling board
- One round of changes

Plan within 5 working days of the call. Book at least 2 weeks ahead.

Styled and Set
A birthday or milestone party, at home or in a hall. You run the day.
- Everything in The Party Plan, plus:
- Laura sets up and styles the room for up to 2 hours before guests arrive, then leaves you to enjoy it

Book at least 3 weeks ahead.

The Party Day
A children’s party, a milestone party, or a small business launch. Up to 50 guests.
- Everything in Styled and Set, plus:
- Laura stays for up to 3 hours to run the timeline: suppliers, food timings, the order of the day
- Up to 1 hour of pack-down
- Parents look after the children; Laura looks after the party.

The Wedding Day
A small wedding, up to 60 guests.
- Laura joins 6 weeks before: 2 planning calls and a full run sheet
- Supplier confirmations in the final weeks
- Up to 10 hours on the day, from set-up to the last supplier

A small wedding, or a bigger party or launch, from 3 months out.
- Up to 12 hours of planning: calls, supplier search, a budget tracker, the run sheet
- Then everything in The Wedding Day or The Party Day, on the day

Something bigger
More guests, more days or more than one venue: a written quote after a free call, listing every hour and line before anything is booked.

- One digital invitation in the party’s styling, 2 rounds of changes, a phone-ready image and a print-ready PDF. 3 working days.
- Wedding stationery suite £195
- The invitation, a details or RSVP card, and the on-the-day set: menu, place card, table plan, welcome sign. Print-ready files in 10 working days; printing is quoted before you order.
Not in the price
- Decorations, balloons, flowers and props from the shopping list
- Venue hire, food and drink, cake, entertainers, inflatables and photographers
- Printing of invitations and stationery
- Travel beyond Laura’s local area, agreed before you book
